We are currently looking to insert French speakers in technical support projects for our clients in Lisbon, Portugal.
 
Requirements
•    Native level French;
•    At least a high school diploma (or equivalent);
•    Experience in customer service;
•    Good knowledge of PC (hardware, software, internet);
•    Ability to work in a team environment;
•    Ability to build trust with the customers;
•    Patient and empathetic.
