Job Description - Account Coordinator/Accountant
Role Summary
The Account Coordinator will be the lead person in customer account management including tracking of sales, and preparation of invoices and packing lists. The Account Coordinator will also be responsible for operational accountancy functions such as tracking of expenses and management of accounts receivables. The person for this role will have a strong ability in math, in addition to great team working skills.
Account Coordinator Job Duties:
Monitor and report sales performance for products and customers
Prepare invoices and packing lists
Communicate day-to-day with customers to share product availability and take orders
Share production information to customers as needed
Monitor and follow up on Accounts Receivables
Manage day-to-day account records and reporting ( expenses, investments, cash flow)
Management of company legal records and certificates
Log and track customer requests and follow up with operations teams to ensure these are met
Any other tasks related to wider organizational mission as required by the management
Account Coordinator Skills, Qualifications, and Characteristics
The selected person should fulfill the following minimum requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related area of study
2 years work experience in accounting
Excellent numerical ability for all accounting and sales calculations
Close and careful attention to detail
Strong relationship building and communication skills
Energetic and entrepreneurial
Ownership mindset
Good problem solving ability
Fluency in written and spoken English
Positive, growth mindset
Candidate MUST have a valid GCC driving license
Candidates already based in Oman are preferred
