Manage the recruitment process across junior to mid-level hires.

Liaise with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and interviews.

Create and maintain job advertisements on various job portals.

Actively source and approach passive individuals.

Schedule and conduct interviews.

Assist with internal and external recruitment events.

Build and manage talent pipelines.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends.
