Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing User Interfaces and 2D art assets for mobile games following game visual style.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge in mobile game features and UX.
• Supervise a team of 4 - 6 UI artists from internal and remote art team.
• Review the work of reporting team and giving constructive critique and reviews.
• Ensure all art asset are presented in the best format and accuracy for player engagement.
• Liaison with various teams and external stakeholders for UI/Art creation and approval.
• Establish art templates, style guides, workflow for production pipeline.
• Support game development team to integrate the assets into game.
• Mentorship of UI Art team.

Requirements

• Min. 2 years' experience leading Art/UI team for games.
• Expert in creating appealing game UI assets such as icons, login pages etc. with given technical requirements
• Min. Diploma level or equivalent in Graphic Design, UI Design, Multimedia or similar field
• A minimum of 3 years commercial experience in User Interface Design in Gaming fields
• A passion for excellence in interface design and usability in game
• Advanced skills in design software such as Photoshop & Illustrator
• A passion for developing world class mobile games

Meriting Experience

• Art Lead for a released mobile game title
• Experience working with IP
• Proficiency in any project management tools JIRA or Trello
