We have a work-balance environment. We try to have fun at work, we do stuff like Monthly Awarding, Monthly Costume Competition, Health and Wellness Activities, Punctuality Awarding for Employees Night-Out,Team Buildings,Team Party. We also provide rice and fruits for our staff. We do I Love Friday wherein we will prepare anything like lunch or breakfast every 2nd Friday for everyone. 

One thing that people love is to hear some music playing in the background because it's actually relaxing so we play music in the office everyday while working. We also let them chose whatever music they want to play in the middle of the day and connect it to the Bluetooth speaker so others can hear it as well, they kinda do like a party by that time. (I know it sounds funny but it's real, this is what we do at work,lol)
