During the design process we create and model scenarios that each describe a typical day of different types of system users. We define and analyze the tasks that the users may perform and discover the conceptual processes they utilize in completion of those tasks. Our modeling methodology paints a picture of a task; it defines expectations about the components of the task, the organization of those components, and the overall workflow. All that is in the details, and we won't miss it.
