Genetco was established in the year 1971 as a partnership between W J Towell & Co. LLC and Mr Murtadha Hassan Ali.In 38 years Genetco has gained significant reputation and market share in Retail, Distribution, Engineering Projects, Electro Mechanical Services, and Office Automation.
The Company has become one of the largest and most diversified companies in Trade and Engineering in the Sultanate of Oman.
Genetco is customer focused and service oriented and has achieved top of the line quality assurance in providing products and services to all its customers.
During the history of the company it has developed and is continuously developing a very strong infrastructure, policies and procedures, as well as training programs to ensure top quality of it’s operations and services.
Genetco is a 100% Omani company. It is an affiliate to the Towel Group of companies and has several subsidiaries among which is the Middle East Telecommunication Company (METCO) specialized in telecommunication services and has executed several infrastructure projects for Omantel and Royal Court Affairs and other Government and corporate agencies.
