Evolvence Knowledge Investments ("EKI") is based in Dubai and engages in the establishment and operation of private schools and nurseries in the GCC either in partnership with international schools or under EKI's own brand names. EKI's corporate strategy aims to capitalise on the growing demand for nurseries and high quality internationally recognised school curricula in the underpenetrated GCC education market which is characterised by growing young expatriate and local populations. The Company currently operates three schools (two of which began operations in September 2013) and three nurseries in Dubai and Abu Dhabi (the "Schools"). EKI plans to open new schools and nurseries in the UAE and wider GCC area going forward.
