ALARGAN International Real Estate Company was established in 1994 as a family-owned contracting company, initially specializing in residential projects, but over the years it expanded to offer a wider range of real estate services, developing subsidiaries in property management, contracting, brokerage, landscaping, architecture, project management and hospitality. 

By the time ALARGAN became a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company in 2002, it had firmly established itself in Kuwait as a innovative real estate developer and began looking at the region for expansion, in order to maximize the company’s growth potential, partnerships were made with various strategic investors, Oman in 2003, Bahrain in 2005, and Saudi Arabia in 2006. By 2007, ALARGAN was listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange.
