A Wine Farm in the beautiful Franschhoek valley seeks to employ an honest, hardworking individual as a Quality Controller & Laboratory Analyst.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDuties include:Quality control tests with regards to bottling and labellingRoutine analysis of wines/juicesAd hoc experimental workImproving quality systemsAdministration of samples and resultsTesting dry goods to specificationsAttend to packaging & production line problemsPreparing chemicals, verify, calibrate and maintain equipmentRequirements:Good interpersonal & communication skills (Afrikaans & English)Willingness to work overtimeFocus on detailGrade 12, but a tertiary qualification (food technology or related qualification) will be an advantageGood analytical abilitiesCode 8 drivers license, must have own transport
