We are one of the most profitable companies in the world, as well as amongst the top five global companies by market capitalization.OverviewWe are seeking Integrity Engineer to join the Southern Area PipelinesThe SA Pipelines is responsible for transferring all hydrocarbons, crude oils, gases (including sweet and sours products) and LPG from the wells to Producing facilities and then to Downstream facilities.The Integrity Engineer primary role is to provide technical support to Pipeline operating facilities through assessing the integrity condition and risk for ensuring pipelines operate safe and reliable.Key responsibilitiesAs the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

  • Focal point for ensuring all integrity related issues is managed.
  • Analyze pipeline integrity data, identify hazards and make recommendations for mitigation risks.
  • Review impact of anomalies on pipeline and make recommendations.
  • Evaluate integrity assessment results to identify the need for additional actions.
  • Participate in the preparation of hazard identification and risk assessment for pipelines and associated infrastructure.
  • Develop or suggest improvement to Saudi Aramco engineering standards, procedures and best practices.
  • Perform technical tasks on onshore and offshore pipelines facilities.
  • Ensure the technical quality of the work produced and the assigned tasks.
  • Participate in projects vendor meetings when requested for ensuring the pipelines proper engineering design.
  • Provide expertise to answer technical queries and lead technical engineering studies.
Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized and approved program is needed. It is preferable to have an integrity engineer with at least 10 years of experience.
  • Carries National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) internal corrosion specialist OR NACE corrosion specialist.
  • The Candidate should Holds API 510, API570, AWS, RBI, and any other Certificates related to Inspection are preferred.
  • Familiar with pipelines' integrity and risk international standards, codes, and best practices that include ASME B31.8, ASME B31.4, ASME B31G
  • Experience in conducting Fitness for Service (FFS) for pipelines.
  • Experience in assessing pipeline corrosion and other threats that include cracks.
