QA/QC Manager Civil And Mechanical iENGINEERING (Private) Limited, Saudi Arabia Shall monitor all quality related activities on the project.Shall ensure that the project quality objectives are identified, documented and made available with all work groups in compliance with the project QMS requirements.Should be familiar with all industry quality standard procedures and will have experience of implementing quality control processes within construction companies.Shall review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements.Shall monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system and recommend and implement improvements when required.Should be able to interface with client's construction supervisors and QC personnel to deal with specific issues.Shall identify the relevant quality-related training needs.Shall prepare the quality management reports.Shall allocate work to all the Quality Supervisors and control them.Shall monitor the quality performance of all the third party inspection agencies.Evaluate all project QA/QC employees through performance reviews, ongoing coaching and feedback method.Should be able to interface with startup/operations to ensure clear understanding of project quality requirements.Shall ensure the effective implementation of non-conformance, corrective action, and preventive action management processes.Should have an excellent understanding of systems, processes and ISO standards.Should have excellent report writing, data analysis and multitasking skills.Should have excellent communication skills and English language skills.Report to the Head office on performance of the project QMS and any need for improvement.Job SpecificationQA/QC Manager will have min. 10 to 15 years' experience in Oil & Gas & Refinery.Degree in any discipline, with additional qualification in Welding/Civil/Elect etc.
