Decision Support Analyst

**Position Snapshot**:- Location: Egypt- Company: Nestlé- Job Type: Full-Time**Position Summary**:Responsible for analysis fluctuations of P&L to support decision making in the country, categories, and functions. Ensures flawless execution and high quality of deliverables on a regular basis.**A day in the life of...**:- Review monthly YTD Actuals vs. Target/DF, understand the root cause of the fluctuations, and take actions for next PEC. Provide suggestions on YTG (risks & opportunities) to meet Country targets. Highlight unusual trends on non-HR MOGE.- Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for the queries of Regional Costing team and support MOGE Controller during times of DF preparation and setting.- Provide Inputs to Regional Costing Team for the calculation of Export TPs through CoC India and address any related queries, in addition to the imported TPs management and quarterly approval.- Provide inputs to CoC India SPOC in regional office to create CC.- GRIR affiliates follow up & clearing with operations team.- Tax vat refund monitoring and quarterly approval.- Monthly visibility on operations to SC team (DF, YTD, YTG), accruals for COD, COR preparation to MENA and MH, and COD Sep budget preparation.- SKU rationalization and monthly follow-up.**What will make you successful**:- An Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field is essential.- A CMA or CIMA qualification is preferred.- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical, audit, costing or accounting role.- Previous experience in the Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience is preferred.- Proficiency in English and language of the market is essential.- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to influence decision making.- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.- Ability to work with remote teams.
