Your robust software engineering skills will be critical, as you will also guide the team in establishing and adhering to best software engineering practices.- Design, develop, and deploy LLM Agents to enhance our ad optimization services.- Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to maintain our competitive edge.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems.- Guide and mentor team members, promoting best software engineering practices, and deepening knowledge of OOP, software design patterns, and other industry best practices.- Lead LLMOps initiatives and implement best practices in LLM Agent testing.- Continuously evaluate and fine-tune models based on feedback and performance metrics.- Stay updated on recent advancements in the machine learning field and introduce relevant innovations to the team.**Who You Are**:- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning model development and deployment.- Proficient in popular machine learning frameworks and libraries.- Strong software engineering skills with proficiency in preferred programming languages, e.g., Python, Java with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and software architecture best practices.- Experience with LLM Agents or similar technologies.- Familiarity with OpenAI API, LangChain is a plus.- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform is a plus.- Ability to guide and mentor team members, emphasizing best software engineering practices.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
