Learning As a Service Consultant - German Speaker

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:- Assess different RFPs, evaluate clients' needs and decide on the learning and performance intervention- Write technical proposals to clients with the ability to convince clients with highly eloquent writing and innovative presentations- Provide tailored training and consultancy solutions that clearly address the specific clients' performance needs- Design state-of-the-art courses to different layers of the business including but not limited to junior and senior staff, management team, customer care, call center and retail to help clients overcome business challenges and develop employees' skills- Technically assess and select best elearning providers in the market- Technically select different consultants and assess their knowledge, skills and experiences against specific criteria via demos and technical proposals- Work closely with operations team for training calendar set-up and projects' delivery plans agreement- Liaise with Commercial team for the projects' technical decision go or No-go.- Be a VOIS ambassador to clients by showing flexibility, dedication and integrity to provide them with solutions that perfectly fit their needs rather than focusing on promoting irrelevant solutions- Maintain a strong relationship with clients before, during and after projects by continuously responding to their design requests and provide guidance and recommendations when needed- Search for new approaches in learning and development to continuously develop LaaS's portfolioand cooperative**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:- At least 5 years of experience in instructional design, L&D evaluation and learning transfer methodologies- German language proficiency- Profound knowledge of contemporary adult learning theories, performance development, neuroscience and personality styles- Ability to conduct effective TNA, collect primary, secondary and benchmarking data to build the best model for performance- Microsoft Office knowledge. Other software such as Prezi is a plus. Artistic approach in designing- Advanced interpersonal skills and expert knowledge in dealing with senior Management and EXCOs- Good Knowledge about elearning approaches and practices- Advanced English and Arabic skills; Specifically speaking and writing- Highly persuasive, confident and convincing- Previous experience in designing training programs to external clients (preferably in the GCC)- Ability to manage projects simultaneously and deliver with high quality- Innovative and creative to create unique training programs that are engaging, unusual and different- Team player, highly interactive, organized**Technical / Professional qualifications**:- Must have Instructional Design experience- Must have German Language Proficiency- Must have Content Creation and curation experience- Experiential, Gamification adult learning strategies professional experience- Microsoft Office complete proficiency- Any of the personality types certifications. Examples: MBTI, HBDI or DISC (preferred)- L&D International certification. examples "CIPD or ATD" (preferred)_VOIS
