**Role purpose**:1. Developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships/opportunities2. Governance and monitor the successful delivery of the enterprise and governmental Training, Consultancy, Research & Managed Services projects.3. Provide exceptional Account Management experience to LaaS clients.4. Establish partnerships with clients and suppliers to grow the business**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**1. Channel Management: Identifying new channels and generate sales leads, pitching products and/or services, Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing & potential customers2. Account Management:- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of LaaS solutions according to customer needs & objectives.- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet Dept. objectives3. Risk Mitigation: Proactively mitigate any risks (Internal & External) and develop creative solutions4. Stakeholders & Vendor Management: Regularly meet stakeholders and agree on actions that drive the Program forward, help and support the invoicing process for our internal and external clients, measure and report the quality of our vendors.5. Customer Success: focus on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships.Revenue:- Responsible of generating revenue against the unit budget and assure that this revenue is collected.- Negotiate contracts & close agreements to maximize profits.**Core competencies, knowledge, and experience**- General Knowledge Management: Judgment, Integrity, Self-confidence, Flexibility, Initiative, Perseverance, Thinking Skills- Customer Relationship Management Effective communication with enterprise accounts, maintain excellent relation with decision makers and influencers- ITIL- Organizational Awareness: To get results by understanding, building, and using formal and informal systems and contacts in a complex organizational environment.**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:- Communication with business leaders & C-Level- 3 - 5 years of experience in sales solutions- Consulting Business Development- B2B Account Management- Pricing- Agility mindset- Knowledge of MS Office (Projects, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio... etc.)- Very good command in reporting (charts, tables, formulas, etc.) and designing (PowerPoint skills).- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal presentation skills.- People Management skills: Dealing with all different mentalities, and manage the leading cross-functional stakeholders. Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills- Working in consultancy and telecom fields is a plus_VOIS
