Human Resources Development Head

Manage the paths addressed to young people - Coordinate the internal mobility process - Identify the human talents of the company by contributing with Training to yearly campaigns of talent-detection, by defining and monitoring the development paths and initiatives aimed at assuring talent-retention. - Guarantee the scouting, assessment and development of people talent by coordinating the involved processes- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any other related field. -At least 5 years work experience in the field of HR specifically recruitment, development or training. -Fluency in English language. -Well-developed interpersonal skills and professional demeanor. -Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. -Excellent MS office knowledge. -The ability to achieve objectives. -Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization.- Founded in 1872, Pirelli is among the main tyre makers globally, leader in the Premium segment with high technological content.
