Job RequirementsEssential Qualifications and Experience- University Degree in a relevant discipline.- 1 to 3 year experience as a customer service and/or call center.- Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral)- Very good computer skillsDesirable Qualifications and Experience- Familiarity with telephone techniques and skills.- Demonstrated verbal communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and effectively.- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment- Ability to identify problem issues and determine the appropriate course of action/redirection within department guidelines required to resolve issues.- Very good communication skills.- Sound judgmental powers; ability to manage difficult customer situations, to respond promptly to the needs of the customer, solicit feedback to improve service, respond to requests for service/assistance- Ability to adapt to change, meet the changing demands of the work environment, any delays or other unexpected demands.- Team player.- Our interview process will be on 3 levels which are:1) Phone interview.2) Audio resume to be send via WA.3) Unpaid internship.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract, Full-timeContract length: 12 months**Salary**: E£5,000.00 - E£8,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Call center (English account): 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)
