Fleet Operation Specialist (Area Manager)

**Runner Experience**- Runners On-boarding: follow up with the new runner who starts working in elmenus to make sure from the runner understanding all operation details- Follow up with the runner to communicate in the urgent problems and discuss the ideas will make the work process more efficient and optimum- Runner WhatsApp group follow up: follow up in the runners whatsapp groups to check operation performance and liveops quick response- Canceled Orders follow up, Daily follow-up with the Runners on the canceled orders to ensure all canceled orders have been reported and follow-up- Restaurant Follow up, following up with the restaurant in all pools to enhance the customer, runner and the restaurant experience- Follow up with the sales team to discuss and review the top delayed restaurant and match the supply availability to match the restaurant's demand- Follow up with the support team, Reporting the runner's big issues to the support and helping in solving orders issues Runners Off-Boarding- ** Runner Performance**- Runner Availability Monitoring: daily analysis on the runner performance to enhance it and achieve our KPIs- Follow up with Runners on the week shift fulfillment and ensure all runners have submitted their shifts according to our shifts plan- Follow up with the acquisition Team on the supply statues- Responsible for the logistics (Pouches and T-shirts) and Arrange the providers logistics needs- Follow up with the support and quality department to identify the fraud cases and take the suitable action to prevent it- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, logistics or a related field is preferred- 2-3 Proven experience as an operations coordinator, or in a similar role- Fluent English- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proactive and able to work independently while also being part of a team
