Proposal Engineer Mechanical Hamte Heavy Industries, Saudi Arabia Review of tender documents and define project scope of work.Coordination with Design, Procurement, Production, Planning, Quality Control, HSE and Store Departments in order to complete the exact estimation.Preparation of proposal write-up and cost estimation according to defined scope of work.Pre & Post bid meeting with clients.To plan deployment schedule (Manpower & Equipment) and make histograms Job Specification 3 to 7 years experience in proposal preparation of shop fabricated static equipment and industrial projects.Canidate able to prepare complete BOQ / Costing and proposal (Technical & Commercial) Information Technology and Services - Jubail, Saudi Arabia
