Program Manager, University RelationsThe University Relations (UR) Program Manager will lead the UR committee at Egypt Center of Excellence (COE) to manage, initiate and drive multiple workstreams and initiatives for Building a strong employer brand across the Universities within Egypt and the region, Assisting colleges and universities by establishing and maintaining academic partnership programs, Strengthening government relations and Dell Technologies' presence and positioning in the market, while Creating a large, diversified pipeline of relevant talents. This job involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders internally and externally; inside the universities such as dean's offices, teaching professors, student, and talent acquisition.Join us as a Program Manager on our Business Support team in Cairo, Egypt to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you'll achieveAs a Project Management Senior Advisor, you will oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate achievements to key partners, working with mid to large sized projects and recommending techniques and practices that ensure business goals.Accountabilities- Networking and Building partnerships with universities across Middle East and Africa region.- Initiating, planning, and managing projects/programs for students such as: Dell Technologies Summer Academy, Star Program, Envision the Future, Hackathons, Bootcamps, and trainings.- Leading the Universities Relations program and managing the internal committee of volunteers at the Center of Excellence to drive results through multiple workstreams and initiatives- Managing partnerships and collaborations with external stakeholders such as the Government and NGOs.- Implementing Dell Technologies' designed curriculums into the universities- Design and implement Dell Technologies customized curriculum at the targeted universities- Enabling innovation platforms for students.- Delivering technical sessions and workshops.- Support Talent Acquisition initiatives- Organize conferences, events, and technical sessions- Coordinate with students' activities- Negotiate with suppliers to get best offer/deals.Take the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
