**Job Responsibilities:- Create management, communication plans and processes.- Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties.- Can Serve as a Scrum Master on 1 or 2 squads- Create, organize, and administer Atlassian tools to improve team efficiency- Bridge Communication between stakeholders and technical team.- Maintain project time frames, estimates and status reports.- Schedule and Facilitate Squad Meetings- Collaborate with the Product Owner in backlog grooming and maintenance, developing the product roadmap- Experience tracking team process metrics, artifacts, velocity, and relaying data to stakeholders- Follow up on deliveries and Collaborate with Product owners and the team to focus on and align plans- Partner with key stakeholders (Management, Chapter Lead, and Agile Coach) to identify opportunities to improve team level Agile performance; focus teams on customer value, quality, and continuous improvement activities.- Remove team level impediments and resolve conflicts; anticipate challenges, identify risks, and recommend mitigations and solutions.- Utilize learnings and best practices in furthering the effective use of Agile practices- Can work in both Agile and Traditional Approaches.**Requirements:- 4+ years of experience understanding and implementing Agile values, principles, and practices- 4+ years of experience with Scrum/Kanban Methodologies- Project management experience is a must- A BA/BS or education/certifications commensurate with education- Scrum Master certification or equivalent is a plus (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP)- Experience in agile transformation is a plus.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment- Ability to establish immediate credibility with the team, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence- Flexibility to work with teams, coach individuals- Excellent communicator- Must be very organized and detail-oriented
