We make what matters work.**What you'll do**:The **Regional Product Manager - PMCC** will work on:- Defining and driving multi-Tier Product strategy implementation for PMCC (power managment and control components) in Middle East countries.- Gather customers' and market requirements and prioritizing products launching and new product developments.- Work closely with sales, Central Business Unit, marketing communication and supply chain team to ensure successful positioning, eliminating potential cannibalization, and successful launch of products.- Serve as the internal and external expert for our product offerings and will possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy.**Responsibilities**:- In charge of Product lifecycle management for multi-Tier products: launching, maturity, end of Life and substitution of Power Management and Control Components (PMCC).- Define Price strategy (by country) to meet market requirements in the region- Drive New Product Launches to meet Profit plan and Middle East strategic plan.- Initiate with Business Unit (BU) new Product Developments on Commercial Construction and Distribution and Retail segments to fit Middle East specific requirements- Manage Product improvement to match Middle East market specifications and requirements.- In charge of technical and commercial Competitive assessment in the region to identify and work on gaps closure.- Jointly with sales prescription team work on getting Consultant & key Utilities approvals ( ADDC, SEWA, DEWA, Kahramaa, EWA, PAHW, EEHC, etc.) in the region- Ensure products are following Local regulations in each country in the region.- Support the achievement of sales target per Tier for PMCC product range in Middle East.- Support the achievement of Local & End to End margins target for MCCB product range.- Develop Sales enablment tools including trainings and documents (within Eaton & with Customers)**Qualifications**:- Engineering and/or Business management Bachelor or Master degree- 7 - 10 years of experience in LV business in Middle East / GCC market- Marketing, Product Management and Electrical Engineering experience**Skills**:- Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Power BI- Problem solving- Communication & presentation skills.- Enthusiastic, creative, multi-tasking and self motivated
