London in Arabic Group is a UK-based news, events, and online community that alsoprovides a wide range of digital marketing services for small to medium-sizedbusinesses.We are seeking a talented and skilled full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join ourcreative team.digital marketing strategies that promote our clients' brands across all social mediaplatforms.**Key Responsibilities**:- Understanding the business needs and Labor Market- Coordinate with OD Specialist to understand the business needs and attain- important documents such as: JD, and have the organization chart and the- position control sheet- Create ; Design the Work load analysis (Time Motion Study)- Create ; Design Staffing Plan - Hiring Plan- Ensure that staffing needs are met with long-term strategy in mind- Create and implement end to end hiring processes to ensure positive experience- Manage the Internal Recruitment- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy- Manage the External Recruitment- Devise ; Implement Sourcing Strategies, such as employer branding initiative, to- build pipeline for potential applicants- Write the job post in the correct form on different sourcing channels- references- Manage Material of all material used in recruitment, including the interview notes- and related paper work, to share with key stakeholders- Customize the selection cycle for every job- Managing & testing the skills required for the position- Conduct the Interview using General questions, Competencies questions &- Resume Related questions- Conduct STAR Interview**Requirements**:- 2 to 3 years' experience in Talent acquisition or similar role.- Minimum B2 level in English- Experience in Full-Cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques andevaluation Methods.- Proficiency in social media, CV Databases, Professional Network.- Proficiency in documenting process and keeping up with industry trends.- Excellent Interpersonal and communication Skills.- Preferred Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field.- Professional Credential, such as HR Certification Institute is a plus**Experience**:- Recruiting: 2 years (required)
