**Company Overview**:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Executive to efficiently manage the day-to-day operations and provide executive assistance to our Executive Manager in various facets of our business, including operations, logistics, public relations, marketing, and sales.**Key Responsibilities**:(Reporting directly to the Executive Manager)- Office Operations:Oversee day-to-day office activities, including communication, company documents, expenses, supplies invoices, export documentations, and logistics.- Document Preparation:Prepare and edit business correspondence, reports, memos, charts, tables, graphs, plans, and presentations with precision and professionalism.- Meeting Management:Plan and schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring efficient time management for the executive team.- HR Administration:Assist in HR administration activities and recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with office policies and procedures.- Travel Arrangements:Accountable for executive manager and team travel arrangements, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.- Guest Welcome:Take responsibility for guests' welcome preparations, ensuring a positive and professional impression.- Customer Service:Provide quality customer service, maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.**Desired Profile**:- Smart and friendly personality.- Elegant, confident, and punctual with attention to details.- 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, and import-export documentations.**Skills**:- Time management and ability to work independently.- Excellent writing and presentation skills.- Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.- Computer literate, especially in MS Office programs, Adobe (professional level), and proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, CRM, SPSS, and social media.**Languages**:Bilingual (Native Arabic and fluent English; French is a plus).**Education**:Bachelor's degree in operations and logistics or business management. MBA is a privilege.
