As part of a high-performing team, you'll deliver exceptional client service — providing advice on how technology enablement, digital transformation and enterprise intelligence contribute to performance improvement, as well as how technology can act as multiplying effect during major program transformations.**The opportunity**EY is looking for strong profiles to play one of the following roles within our rapidly expanding Technology Consulting team. The role will be based in Cairo and will serve MENA clients both remotely and onsite across different MENA locations and mainly GCC countries:- EA Enterprise Architecture profiles (Business, Data, Applications)- IT strategy, trends, operating model, organization structure, IT PMO- Cloud architecture and cloud migration- IT services management and governance (ITSM, COBIT, etc.)**General - All Domains**- Build and maintain appropriate relationships at client; leverage relationships to effectively execute work- Connect the right EY team members to key client contacts- Maintain open and proactive communication- Experience in account and engagement management- Excellent written and oral communication skills; writing, publishing, and conference-level presentation skills a plus- Proven success in leading and developing a team of staff/senior consulting professionals**Domain Specific - IT Strategy / PMO**- Support waterfall and agile project management approaches/methodologies- Monitor and track milestones and schedules; inclusive of status, dependencies, achievements, and risks/issues- Organize and conduct escalation, blocker removal, and status meetings- Uncover, triage, and highlight impediments impacting an on-time project completion- Prepare content for progress reporting at different levels, project management and executive levels- Coordinate across project stakeholders and assist with internal and external communication- Capture and maintain project management documentation- Capture, track, monitor, and maintain estimates for project members utilization hours (internal/external)- Organize and execute agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, demos, retrospectives or equivalent as relevant to the project delivery methodology- Potential certifications include: PMP, Agile, LEAN Six Sigma, Prosci, CBPA**Domain Specific - IT Strategy / PMO - **Technical skills requirements**- A bachelor's or master's degree in relevant domain; Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems or equivalent- 3-5 years of related work experience leading business functions in at least one of the following areas: Business or technology consulting, transformation/PMO/EPMO design, target, process design and re-engineering, maturity assessment, capability roadmap development, strategy, and operations, change management, end-to-end technology implementation, data framework and automation & digital design and enablement.**Domain Specific - IT services management and governance**- Managed or supported the management of large and complex IT governance & service management projects end-to-end from inception and requirement to operations/support- Deep knowledge of assessing IT governance and service management maturity including IT polices, procedures, guidelines, standards, processes, and services based on deep analysis & leading practices and provide recommendations for implementation and improvement approach- Provide advice on which IT governance and service management framework or methodology is applicable to client environment and needs- Experience in designing and implementing clients' It governance and service management landscapes including contribution to IT Strategy formulation and implementation within related domains**Domain Specific - IT services management and governance - **Technical skills requirements**- Completed technical higher education in the field of computer engineering, computer science, electronics, information technology, and relevant industry Certification on IT Service Management and IT Governance such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001, and COSO- 3-5 years of experience working in a client facing role for a leading consulting or professional services company in delivery of large-scale complex cloud projects covering IT governance, service management, policies & procedures, and maturity assessment- Experience working on leading IT governance / service management tools and solutions such as ServiceNow ITSM, RSA Archer, and SoftwareAG tools**Domain SME - Enterprise Architecture**- Understanding the business strategy & vision and translating them into enterprise-wide technolog
