Job details

Develop comprehensive maintenance plans for motors and generators, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to prioritize and schedule maintenance work, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.Monitor ongoing maintenance activities and costs, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.Provide technical support to maintenance personnel and customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing and servicing capabilities, driving continuous improvement initiatives.Consult with management on operational issues, performance metrics, and strategic planning.Manage inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure adequate supply of parts and materials for maintenance activities.Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.Participate in the continual improvement of maintenance practices and processes.Key RequirementsYou may also be interested in these offers
