Responsibilities:
- Make & set the targets of all sales representatives.
- Assign targets to each sales representative according to their circle.
- Responsible for all sales operations.
- Define and organize all marketing events.
- Finalize Distribution Network for creating advantage of geographical distribution.
- Route Development for reduction of cost and enhancing efficiency.
- Liaise between customer, suppliers, and company.
- Develop dealer and distribution network.
- Monitor & align all stock movement.
- Finalize transporter's agreements/contracts/freight & bills.
- Support and facilitate sales force to meet their targets.
Job Specification
Educational Requirement:- BS/BA degree in a business-related function
- MBA (concentration in Sales & Marketing preferred)
