Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy & Finance at Morgan McKinley | Public Speaker | Author of Dark BlueFinance Business PartnerAbout the Role:Our client, a well-known telecommunications provider, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to collaborate with senior management and drive business performance through high-quality financial decisions.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with senior management to influence business performance and financial decisions.Provide financial advice to support strategic choices and business growth.Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and resource allocation.Challenge spend plans and drive service delivery improvements.Investigate high-risk financial issues and advise on solutions.Coach and support leadership in financial accountability and decision-making.Ensure effective capital allocation and financial performance monitoring.Lead monthly financial reviews with senior leaders, including the CFO.Manage the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting.Own the monthly cost FP&A processes for senior leadership review.Coordinate across business units to ensure alignment and optimize financial performance.Review business cases and support investment decisions for high-return opportunities.Maintain controls and adherence to relevant financial guidelines (e.g., US GAAP).About You:Strong financial planning and systems skills (Excel, Oracle, Hyperion).Experience in financial modelling and analysis desired but not essential.Ability to simplify complex financial data for clear communication.Previous business partnering experience is a plus.
