Compliance Specialist

We are looking for an experienced **Compliance Officer** who will be responsible for ensuring that all corporate processes and procedures comply with the law and for ensuring that company operations comply with internal standards too.**A Compliance Officer fulfills several functions**:- **Monitors** all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management system to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards.- **Manages information flow** by researching, recording, and analyzing data and information. With a regular flow of information and conducting compliance risk assessments, they ensure that the business runs smoothly.- **Trains and educates **staff so that they are informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines.- **Acts as contact person and liaison** between department heads and senior management.- **Conducts regular assessments **to determine whether policies are compliant with the law.Experienced: at least 6 years of experience in the Financial Sector / Banking Sector**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field.- 6 years of proven experience in a compliance officer role.- Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.- Brilliant oral and written communication skills.- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.**Work Location**: El Zamalek, CairoAverage Gross salary up to 20,000 EGP
