Product Training Manager

Our colleagues are located everywhere in the world and working on designing and developing our SaaS product with one common mission: Hiring without barriers of locality!With solid experience in creating department-specific trainings on a complex SaaS product, a passion for solving difficult problems and working towards a goal you believe in, you will fit right in!**What you'll do**:- Create department-specific trainings on a complex SaaS product for internal teams (e.g. Sales)- Implement learning control mechanisms to ensure the training success- Create presentations, videos, etc. around the product or new features to be used inside the company- Create & participate in product trainings for selected key customers- Manage the internal product documentation catalogueThe product training specialist should also work in a role similar to a PM to improve the in-product education of users:- Improve the way we provide users information in our platform- Create quantitative and qualitative research on missing information on the platform- Make sure users can find the right information they are looking for in each part of the platform on their own- Reduce the probability that customers will try to reach out the the support team and use the information self-service instead**What we're looking for**:- A generalist who has gained a wide set up of experience in both product training and product management- 2+ years of experience as a product trainer in agile environments- B2B SaaS background and/or working with complex products that need more explanation/training- Excellent English language skills and communication skills- Strong problem solving skills with a creative approach- Highly independent working style**What we offer**:- As a fully remote and completely distributed team, you can do your best work from anywhere you are the happiest- Opportunities to get to know some of yours colleagues at our offices- Competitive salary- Merit-based culture with substantial growth opportunities- Trust-based work - organize your own schedule.
