Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the technical support department and ensure the team provides timely and effective technical support to all employees.- Manage and prioritize the workload of the technical support team to ensure efficient and effective resolution of technical issues.- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the technical support department.- Maintain and update the company's computer systems, including hardware and software.- Identify and recommend improvements to the company's computer systems and infrastructure.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of IT initiatives with the business needs.- Ensure compliance with all IT policies, procedures, and regulations.- Recruit, train, and manage the performance of technical support staff.- Maintain accurate records of technical support activities, including the status of all open technical issues.- Manage and track the department's budget, ensuring that resources are utilized effectively.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a technical support environment.- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Strong social skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, including hardware and software.- Experience with project management and budget management.- Ability to identify and solve complex technical issues.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve business goals.Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£23,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- How do you handle challenges and overcome obstacles in the workplace?- How do you measure success in your work, and how do you motivate yourself to achieve your goals?- Can you discuss a time when you had to resolve a complex issue or escalations, and how you handled it?**Language**:- English (required)
