What you'll be doing Corpay^ is currently looking to hire a Processing Specialist within our Business Support division. This position falls under our Travelcard line of business based in Almere. This is a part-time, permanent role working on a hybrid basis (2 days onsite and 2 days from home). Additionally, this role is working 32 hours per week only. It is a requirement to be fluent in Dutch and English.The Business Support role is focused on bridging gaps in service delivery and facilitating communication between departments. This is a dynamic position that offers significant autonomy, involves problem-solving and research, and requires close collaboration with multiple teams across the organization. System Configuration and Management: Managing the setup and configuration of business rules, system parameters, and other essential data structures within internal systems. IT Support: Creating and tracking IT incidents and service requests, ensuring progress is monitored, and priorities are discussed in regular meetings with the IT department and Operations Manager. Allocating issues to the appropriate system or application, ensuring that the problem is assigned to the correct team or resource. Formulating clear, complete, and detailed requests for IT support, ensuring that technical issues are thoroughly described to facilitate efficient resolution. Troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues, such as data import errors, running database queries, and collaborating with IT to develop more complex queries or resolve system-related issues. Processing Support: Reviewing and verifying new contracts before data is processed or accounts/cards are created. Approving bulk data uploads and ensuring accuracy. Serving as a point of contact for various teams, including Service, Sales, and new employees, to address questions and provide support. Ensuring consistency and accuracy of information across departments, including reviewing operational guidelines and work instructions. Quality Improvement: Contributing to the enhancement of operational processes and system improvements. Developing recurring automated tasks or scripts to streamline routine processes (e.G., adjustments to customer accounts or fees). Managing daily data inflows and ensuring monitoring procedures are followed. Reviewing and approving critical files and assisting with specialized processes, ensuring proper compliance with internal checks. Proactively suggesting improvements to communication templates or systems for better customer engagement and operational efficiency. Crisis Management: Addressing immediate operational issues as they arise, such as data or system discrepancies, and preparing for potential disruptions. Collaborating with other departments to resolve problems and escalating issues as necessary to the appropriate contacts or partners. Additional Responsibilities: Acting as a flexible support resource across various departments, prioritizing tasks based on business needs and departmental requirements.
