Then you might be our new Manufacturing Test Engineer in Danfoss Drives, Graasten.Danfoss Drives is a market leader in development and manufacturing of state-of-the-art AC drives and is one of the largest electronics manufacturers in Denmark. The drives are customized to fit the exact need of the customer and are delivered with a very short lead time.The manufacturing setup is heavily automated on the shopfloor as well as the internal processes. The test team is responsible for 100 parallel test systems that is performing electrical tests (measuring voltages, currents, motor speeds) and software configuration of variable speed drives in power ranges from 0.25 kW to 120 kW.**Responsibilities**:You will be a part of the Production Technique and Quality team that consists of highly engaged, passionate, and experienced colleagues. Together we work on minimizing variance within our production setup to ensure world class quality performance internally as well as towards our customers.Your key responsibilities will be:- Debugging/troubleshoot test hardware (data acquisition, contactors/relays, motors, generators, transformers, fixtures)- Exploit data analysis to improve performance of the test hardware.- Monitoring of test capacity.- Continue our Six sigma journey within production test by defining, analyzing and implementing changes to improve first pass yield on 100 fully automated parallel test systems.- Document and handover best practices to maintenance department and technicians.- Assist in releasing new product software for production.**Background & Skills**:- Experience with Six Sigma methodology - Green Belt or greater.- Experience with statistics and big data.- Speaks English fluently, willing to learn Danish.- You are familiar with LabView / Microsoft PowerBI / Oracle SQL / Python / National TestStand- Knowledge of AC drives and motors.**For further information about the position**, please contact Senior Manager, Production Support & Quality, Jeppe Sjoerslev,+45 24 99 07 66.
