Job Description & Specification:- **Procurement Head**:Procurement Head is defined as sourcing, negotiating and buying of goods, materials and services to meet company's operational requirements.The main job description for the Procurement Head will be as follows:- Responsible for ongoing management of purchasing strategy and activity.- Develop and implement a strategy to ensure optimal supplier performance and price.- Develop and implement a strategy to ensure function is operating line with the objectives of the business and deliver cost savings.- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships and manage the development of contracts.- Lead and manage the procurement team and work alongside with senior management in contributing overall business objectives.**Key responsibilities related to strategy & Development**:- Overall responsibility for purchasing cost estimating activities across the business.- Create and implement best practice purchasing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance.- Ensure purchasing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets.- Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities.**General & Task Management**- Responsible for managing relationships and negotiating with key suppliers.- Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms.- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes.- Ensure professional and consistent supplier management is applied across the supply base in line with purchasing policy.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.- Contribute to business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact of purchasing activities.- Generate reports on scheduled basis**Required skills**:- Bachelor degree.- Previous experience in purchasing not less than 5 years.- Proficient in MS office and budgeting.- Strongly motivated.- Knowledge and technical understanding of automated processes and supply chain management.- Adaptable to meet challenges of the role.- Flexible to take on new tasks and develop the role.- Strong knowledge of English language.- Languages:- English : Excellent**Job Details**:- Country:- EGYPT- City:- Giza- Job Type:- Full Time- Industry:- Banking,- Gender:- Salary Negotiable:- YesApply
