Responsible for the overall deliveries of the engineering's design, implementation, and maintenance teams- Set the strategy on automation design methods and ensure that systems are up and running as per service level agreements (SLAs).- Responsible to build teams and succession plan to ensure continuity of the engineering/Facilities departments.- Represent the company in front of customers and able to negotiate preferred solution.- Responsible for building the knowledge within the team to ensure all recent technologies are known and considered for solutions being designed and maintained.- Reviews, receives, and provides constant feedback concerning new expansion, retrofit, process improvement initiatives and opportunities to support associate and driver safety, quality, and productivity, and capacity increase for the delivery stations- Collaborates with HR, Safety, Finance, IT, Operations and Legal partners on their feedback, challenges, lessons learned, best practices, including revisiting current standards, processes, and deliverables- Collaborates with the technology and material handling teams to maintain new technologies including equipment, robotics, conveyor systems, safety devices, etc.- Facilitate cross-functional reviews to collaborate on solutions and innovational work- Overseeing contractors.- Providing site support.- Coordinating routine maintenance and repairs.- Scheduling renovations.- Managing waste disposal.- Budgeting and estimating costs.- Designing and planning facilities layout.- Training staff on safety procedures.- Ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.- Assist to organize and approve all labor and supply cost annually and prepare reports to measure all labor performance.- Analyze all product costs and assist to reduce all negative variance on same and prepare strategies to reduce labor and wastage in all engineering projects.- Assist Industrial Engineering department to design business plans and develop salary for all employees and prepare all required reports on weekly and monthly basis and manage all communication with production management.- Develop salary model budgets and provide support to the manufacturing and analyze all waste elimination plans and develop appropriate factory flow analysis on processes.- Maintain and update knowledge for all manufacturing engineering processes and design all processes for manpower and associate program and monitor all productivity and ensure compliance to all safety standards.- Evaluate and perform investigation on all variances for all planned and actual results for industrial processes and maintain track of all information and ensure integrity of all results for processes.- Supervise reporting processes on everyday basis and manage everyday activities and ensure adherence to all fiscal budgets and prepare strategic models.- Provide an efficient interface with various departments and provide support to all key staff members and design all strategies.**Additional Job Description**- BS Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical engineering, MS preferred.- 10+ years of experience in Engineering Facilities- 10+ years of relevant work experience with teams driving standardization, project management, execution, automation- Comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles and experienced in technical analysis, technical writing, and complex problem solving.
