Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

**General Purpose (Brief)**:Ensuring Consistent Product Quality, Productivity and Safety For Milk and Juice Filling lines by Optimizing Operational Performance through proactive / reactive maintenance techniques**Responsibilities**:- Perform On Time in Full Preventive Maintenance Tasks for Combibloc production lines According to Criticality Matrix whether Time or condition based.- Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensures that equipment is running with high efficiency to attain production plan.- Drive Continuous Improvement activities by participating in Root Cause Analysis for Lines Breakdowns and weak points attached with Long-term and short-term action plans.- Monitor the Spare parts safety stock level.- Perform daily inspections on machines to ensure HSE, Food safety and Engineering standards are maintained.- Full Commitment to Food Safety, Health, Safety and Environmental Rules and Regulations.**Skills**:- Bachelor Degree of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.- Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in similar position.- Strong Analytical Skills- Proficient User of Microsoft Office Applications.- Fluent English Speaker.**Education**:Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
