Demand Planner - Sc Planning and S&op

**Job Purpose**Manages the demand forecast in alignment with the sales and marketing teams. Supports in transforming the demand plan into a production plan. Gathers insights and data from relevant departments and develops a demand plan accordingly.**Responsibilities**:Demand Planning- Generates and updates demand plans, combining statistical and commercial forecast (including NPI's, promotions and events) in cooperation with the Commercial department and other relevant stakeholders- Incorporates customer and consumer behaviour in the demand plan- When needed challenge the Commercial plans and assumptions based on historic performance and common sense- Calculates Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the demand planning department.Statistical Forecast- Creates statistical forecast including differentiations, causal relationships, baseline/uplift, main drivers and demand patterns, seasonality and trend changesScenario AnalysisGenerates and discusses alternative scenarios on the demand plan for the S&OP process, with clearly listed assumptions and risk assessment on volume and costs.- Prepares for the demand management review meeting with all heads of departments and directors to discuss all the threats that can impact the demand plans and all the mitigation scenarios.TPM and Continuous Improvement- Initiates, implements and embeds improvements to demand planning processes and procedures and supports TPM initiativesMonitoring Forecast Performance- Monitors and analyses the demand planning KPI's like forecast accuracy and bias. Discusses and supports improvement opportunities with the commercial departmentMaster Data- Ensure continuous update of Product Master data on planning software's such as FuturMaster**Job Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or Engineering is preferabl- 4-6 years of relvant experience- Excellant Command of English Language- Execllant in Excel and Microsoft skills
