Expression of InterestABOUT THE ROLEKerry, Newmarket is home to one of our Dairy sites in the South West of Ireland in Co Cork. Our Consumer Foods and Taste & Nutrition plants are located on the site and form an integral part of the overall Dairy business for the Group.Throughout the year we have recruitment campaigns for General Operatives to work in various areas of the factory, due to the seasonality of our products they are generally a fixed term/seasonal contract.**Please note - you are registering your interest to work at Kerry Newmarket, we will be in touch as soon as our next recruitment campaign starts.**The team operate a shift pattern of 2 week rotating shifts of 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am over a 7 day rota.Rates of pay are competitive and include additional pay for nights and weekends.In this role you will work as part of a team in the Production areas, you will be responsible for quality control of ingredients and products as well as the health and safety of yourself, colleagues, customers and consumers.You should be able to work as part of a team and have good problem-solving skills. Ideally you will have basic food hygiene experience and have worked in a food environment before.
