**FUNCTION**: ENGINEERING WATCH RATING**DISCIPLINE**: ENGINEERING**PROJECT**: SAIPEM 10000/BAHAMAS**LOCATION**: OFFSHORE CAIRO, EGYPT**DURATION**: CONTRACT (RENEWABLE)**SALARY**: MARKET RELATED- __________________________"TRS has an urgent opportunity for an Engineering Watch Rating to join our International Client's Offshore project team Onboard SAIPEM 10000 / BAHAMAS based Offshore Cairo, EGYPT."**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Contribute to a safe engineering watch in a manned engine-room or designated to perform duties in a periodically unmanned engine-room.- Perform the marine engineering function at support level as indicated in regulation III/4 and/or III/5. Execute the assigned work tasks within the frame of own responsibilities and/or qualifications.- Report to Engineer on watch, execute the assigned work tasks within the frame of own responsibilities.- Carry out maintenance as directed by own STCW regulation**QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**:- Accredited Bachelor's Degree / Diploma or equivalent technical qualification within related field of experience.- Minimum Ten (10) year' experience as an Engineering Watch Rating Role within the Oil and Gas Industry.- Experience on a Drillship- Valid BOSIET/H2S Opito approved- Seaman's book- COP III/4- STWC certificates:- Personal Survival Techniques STCW A-VI/1 - 1.- Fire Prevention and Firefighting STCW A-VI/1 - 2- Elementary First Aid STCW A-VI/1 - 3- Personal Safety & Social Responsibilities STCW A-VI/1 -4- Basic Safety Familiarization A-VI/1- Seafarers with Designated Security Duties A-VI/6-2- ____________________**Contact**:Thembani Chiliza"We are an equal opportunity employer that recognizes the value of a diverse workforce.
