L1 Operational Governance Project Manager

**Description**:- Handle Rolling out of new Vodafone shared sites with Other operators and make sure to maintain the targeted NW topology.- Govern Field sites Maintenance Contracts- Communicate and assure with Contractor the delivery of contract responsibilities- Insure the delivery of Network KPIs and report violations- Ensure contract terms are applied- Control allocated budget for field activities- Control Spend against needed requests to insure efficiency- Govern Network Field Activities and Project- Ensure End to End delivery of Field Projects- Manage Business processes with internal and external stakeholders- Prepare Efficiencies to enhance processes and save cost- Manage Spare Parts for Network Field Maintenance- Perform Spares dimensioning and forecast to optimize Cost VS Needs- Control Spares Budget to achieve Network KPIs- Manage different Vendors for spares lifecycle- Monitor and control Swap/Repair KPIs- Manage Products abnormal failure rates- Issue and control Spares POs End to End**Job Responsibility**:**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:- Govern Field sites Maintenance Contracts- Manage Business processes with internal and external stakeholders- Manage Spare Parts for Network Field Maintenance- Manage different Vendors for spares lifecycle- Control allocated budget for field activities**Key performance indicators**:- Prepare Efficiencies to enhance processes and save cost- Spares dimensioning and forecast to optimize Cost VS Needs- Handling Field maintenance activities.**Role Requirements**:**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:- Excellent project Management Skills- Min 7 years in technical supervisory position related to GSM/ UMTS /LTE /Transmission Access Network field- Excellent experience in the GSM/ UMTS /LTE /Transmission Microwave links and power systems.- Ability to deliver challenging targets in a dynamic market environment.**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:- BSC of Engineering in electronics and communication with Minimum of 7+ years' experience in Mobile Business (GSM, UMTS, LTE &Transmission) field among which at least 7 years in Technology related functions- Excellent Project Management skills- Ability to deliver challenging targets in a dynamic market environment.- Excellent MS office skills.- Good command of English language, Ability to work independently and under pressure. Analytical and creative thinking. Well organized, co-operative.
