The team is focused on leading the EMEA business into Smart Events and ideating new product solutions for our core B2B markets. This role reports into the Senior Programme Manager.As an Agile Scrum Master, you will work in an Agile Scrum environment to enable the realisation of commercial outcomes through the product lifecycle. You will be responsible for:- Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions- Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices- Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes- Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements- Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team- Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders- Working closely with the identified Business Change Manager(s) across the business to ensure they are proactively engaged and ready to accept the change and realise the benefits**Qualifications**:**Experience**:- Good level of experience of Agile Scrum, SAFe in particular- Experience working in Project Management- Experience working on complex digital projects and solutionsPreferred Certifications:- Certified Scrum Master, SAFe preferred- Certified Scrum Professional- Agile Certified Professional- Project Management Professional (PMP)Additional InformationOTHER RESPONSIBILITIES- Applicants should have a strong understanding of and hands-on experience with Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban and SAFe and must possess the ability to lead the team on scrum principles- Self-directed, with a demonstrated ability to execute principles beyond formal training- Must be able to lead and demonstrate value-added and outcome driven practices to a team- Strong communication and facilitation skills- Strong conflict resolution skills.
