Electrician

Job Purpose/summary:- To execute Installation and maintenance of Electrical Instruments and system on site.- To carry out maintenance, installation, overhauling and modification activities with standard maintenance procedures, HSE guidelines and quality standards to attain effective functionally and reliability.Duties and Responsibilities:- Handle installations and repairing wiring, lighting, electrical system, and equipment.- Repairing electrical wiring in existing buildings, using hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and pliers, or specialized equipment such as voltage meters and soldering irons.- Follows electrical codes, blueprints, and standards regarding placement of circuits, panel boards, and outlets during construction projects.- Test electrical systems and components to ensure safe and proper functioning.- Troubleshooting malfunctions and blackouts, utilizing various testing devices to figure out the issue and timely planning a course of action. Determine the causes of system and equipment failures and prepare report.- Advise the management team of critical systems that could be hazardous.- Complying strictly with National Electricity Wiring Regulation and local building code.- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.- Reading technical diagrams and blueprints.- Performing general electrical maintenance.- Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.- Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.- Repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures.- Following National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.- Performing circuit breaker corrective maintenance.- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.- Profound experience of 5 years with construction industry in installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.- Strong knowledge and understanding of theory and principles of Building Electrical System.- Strong understanding of functionality of each component and equipment standard operating values.- Able to communicate with Architects and Engineers.License from Dubai Municipality.EntitéVINCI Construction est l'un des principaux acteurs mondiaux de la construction, dans le domaine des infrastructures de transport, des bâtiments, des réseaux et des aménagements urbains.
