Accountant

Our client is a metal injection molding company with manufacturing facilities in ShangHai. To cope with continuous growth, they are now urgently looking for an Assistant Accountant / Accountant to join the team in Hong Kong.

Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Enter vendor invoices and AP vouchers into the accounting system after obtaining proper approvals.
• Prepare monthly schedules, management reporting, and financial analysis.
• Annual budget planning.
• Liaise with external auditor and Head office.
• Monitor cash flow and inventory control.
• Process adjustment journal, provide accruals for month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly cash flow and treasury report, expense review, staff reimbursement, vendor reconciliation, bank reconciliation, etc.
• Review accounting records and ensure all entries are accurate and comply with accounting and internal control standards.
• Prepare and review accurate and timely billing and invoices.
• Cash receipt and bank deposit processing.
• Other ad hoc assignments.

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in accounting or equivalent; student member of ACCA/HKICPA.
• Minimum 5-7 years accounting experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility.
