Our client is a Hong Kong's leading creative events agency with businesses across Asia regions. To cope with their business needs, they are now hiring a Business Development Executive for their expanding team in Hong Kong.
Job Description
- Research new sales opportunities in target industries - luxury, lifestyle, F&B, hospitality, auto, beauty, fashion, and retail.
- Actively seek out and engage new prospects to introduce the Bespoke offering with the mind to increase the number of projects and profitability for the business.
- Create a clear system for setting targets, tracking sales, and status reports. This system is to be updated consistently and access provided to the management team.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Supply management with monthly reports on customers' needs, problems, and competitive activity.
- Keep across promotional opportunities and potential new products and services.
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to leads through cold calling.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years proven work experience as a sales representative.
- Must be fluent (spoken and written) in both Cantonese and English.
- Familiarity with CRM practices.
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Great at prioritising, time management, and organisational skills.
