Electronics Engineering Manager (based in Shenzhen) - IC Client Description: Well-established IoT products manufacturing and R&D company. Job Description:
- Design and develop electronic wireless consumer products.
- Product roadmap development, platform solutions, customer support, and formulation of execution plan.
- Provide sound technology vision and develop activities that meet global/industry wireless standards.
- Verify, validate, monitor, inspect, and test the products/services to ensure requirements are met.
- Lead the team and manage 3rd party alliance.
- Develop key talents in the organization to master core technology.
- Work at multi-sites with multi-cultural teams.
- Bachelor Degree or above in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 8 years' experience in product design and development in wireless/mobile products.
- Willing to accept new ideas and think out of the box with innovation.
- Strong leadership to drive team collaboration and participation.
- Sustain high energy and positive attitude.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
