1. A cross-functional leader to lead and drive growth and strategy in enterprise solutions. Understand customer needs and liaise with sales and products teams to help solve challenges of enterprises and bring solutions to the market.
2. Go-to-market planning and derive and develop solutions messaging and positioning.
3. Design customer experience from consultancy, onboarding, delivery and post-sales stages.
4. Performance tracking and analysis of vertical and horizontal enterprise solutions.
5. Partner relationship management.
6. Develop full sets of marketing communications materials and terms and conditions of different solutions.
7. Initiate solutions and vertical events. Design themes, target segment and KPIs, and liaise with partners and different internal key stakeholders for event preparation.

1. 10 years or above working experience in Telco or IT business, preferably in B2B segment.
2. A cross-functional leader who possesses a high degree of skills in organizational calibration and collaboration across multiple teams.
3. Interested in technology, knowledge or experience in Product or Solutions Marketing in the area of 4G/LTE, connectivity solutions and IoT/M2M solutions is a definite advantage.
4. Highly proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and handle multi-tasks.
5. A good team leader with excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
6. Detail-oriented and good with numbers.
7. Excellent English and Chinese in both written and verbal communications.
