Responsibilities

1. Attend meetings with customers to determine technical and business requirements.
2. Provide network security solutions that meet customer needs.
3. Carry out technology presentations internally and externally.
4. Create design documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations.
5. Conduct Proof-of-concept / testing to ensure the solution performs as designed.
6. Prepare technical proposals and tender responses.
7. Interface with the implementation/project team, articulating customer requirements to facilitate a smooth transition from Sale to Delivery.

Solutions / Presales Consultant - Data Centre Virtualization & Data Security Solutions

Responsibilities

1. Develop technical skills and product knowledge.
2. Participate in presentations, demonstrations, and documentation on Security and Datacenter solutions.
3. Provide technical consultancy for market-leading ICT products including cyber security, datacenter virtualization, automation, orchestration, etc.
4. Develop soft skills to respond to customer requests and monitor project progress.

Solutions / Presales Consultant - Application Security & Delivery Solutions

Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support for sales in developing potential business opportunities with clients.
2. Coached and mentored by Senior staff to work on solution design according to customer requirements with different technologies.
3. Write technical proposals (RFQ/RFP), present solutions, and conduct proof of concept testing with customers.
4. Acquire technical knowledge and soft skills through vendor training and in-house training.
5. Maintain good communication between technical teams, sales, and customers.

Job Requirements

Requirements

1. Degree holder in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Engineering, or related disciplines.
2. Holder of professional certifications such as Cisco CCNP in security, Check Point CCSE, Palo Alto Networks PCNSE, and Fortinet NSE is an advantage.
3. 1-2 years of experience in solution briefing, deploying, and support in Cyber Security domain will be an advantage.
4. Good communication, interpersonal skills & team player.
5. Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
6. Self-motivated and interested in exploring new technologies and solutions.

Solutions / Presales Consultant - Data Centre Virtualization & Data Security Solutions

Requirements

1. Degree or Higher Diploma holders in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System, or related disciplines.
2. Basic knowledge in TCP/IP Networking and Routing.
3. Basic knowledge in Network/Web/Email/APT/Data/Endpoint Security solutions.
4. More than 3 years relevant working experience in related technologies.
5. Knowledge in Network/Web/Email/APT/Data/Endpoint Security solutions.
6. Knowledge in Virtualization/Cloud Architecture/DevSecOps solutions is preferred.
7. Good command of both written and spoken English.
8. Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
9. Able to work independently.
10. A quick learner to explore new technologies and solutions.
11. A good team player with good communication skills.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information System related field is preferred.
2. Self-motivated, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
3. Strong business sense and teamwork mindset.

5. Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese is required; Putonghua preferable.
