1. Responsible to govern the application change, release and configuration management processes
2. Coordinate, document and execute application release activities
3. Develop and maintain system configuration documents and SOPs
4. Provide application support in IT incidents
5. Support maintenance and incident management processes
6. Build and lead the operation support team

1. Perform system & network planning, design, configuration and management.
2. Plan and execute system & network security as well as availability.
3. Coordinate with other teams on project design and implementation.
4. Take part in incident and problem handling.

1. Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines
2. 5 years or above solid experience in IT system support or operation
3. Knowledge in Windows & Linux OS
4. Self-motivated, able to work independently and responsible
5. Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese

1. University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in networking.
3. Strong knowledge and experience in routing and switching.
4. Hands-on experience in F5 / A10 load balancer and Cisco / Fortigate firewall.
5. Hands-on experience in SSL Offload, HTTP & TCP/IP load balancing and WAF setup.
6. Holder of CCIE or CCNP, and knowledge in multicast are advantages.
