The person of this role will assist in coordinating and follow up the Marketing separation activities, TSA (Temporary Service Agreement) exits, cross workstream and/or cross region interdependencies, contributing to build up the new way of working.As the Regional HR Transition & Internal Communications Lead you will be tasked with managing a team of 4 resources based in various AMET locations. You will be accountable for the following deliverables over approximately a 12-month period**Roles & Responsibilities- Lead the HR Transition resources to deliver projects regarding:- Upskilling of the AMET organization to build category mastery & future focused business skills.- Coaching of employees to success into broader scope roles.- Talent Assessment of AMET employees to categorize development needs and attrition risk with proposed actions and mitigation plans.- Workload assessment by level and job across the region with formal proposals on action needed to optimize load sufficiency.- Refresh workplace and benefit policies for all markets across AMET to simplify execution and make them up-to-date and relevant for the employee population.- Create and implement internal communication plan for AMET in close partnership with the AMET People & Organization Head. Plan should encompass multi-channel approach for regular communication with the organization, remaining true to intended message.- Implement social media presence for AMET leadership in line with company values and employer branding strategies.This work will be completed with sponsorship from the AMET People & Organization Leadership Team.**Role requirements**:- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Internal coomunication and HR business partnetship..- No restriction on prior industry of experience though relevant industry experience can be an advantage,- Project management skills are essential- People Management experience- Information management,- Analytical skills,- Strong communication skills,- Problem solving ability- Ability to work with stretch deadlines- Proficiency in English.**Stakeholder Management and key interfaces**The role will report to the AMET HR Blossom Project Lead.The role will be accountable to the AMET P&O Head
